Given that these glasses were only $25, I was happy with how long they lasted. After only a week, I scratched the lenses as they were attached to the shoulder strap of my backpack: I slid the bag under my seat with the glasses still attached. (Sad part: I had just bought a hard case to put them in, too...) They were still wearable for the next year, during which time I carried them mostly on my pants pocket, where they were bent out of alignment several times. The glasses were fairly easily bent back into place. At one point I had a lens drop out, but it was easily put back into place. They were starting to show signs of wear on the arms, which were peeling their protective layer, and the connection between the arm and frame was starting to look like it was coming apart. They lasted about a year and a half, which has been better than most glasses I wear. The thing that finally killed them was my wife's car. No coming back from that one. Will buy again, with another pair of a different brand to compare / contrast. In response to another review, these glasses were definitely polarized. You can tell by facing away from the sun and tilting your head to the side (on a sunny day), or doing the same in front of most computers. The sky and pavement or computer screen should change color / shading depending on the angle that your head is tilted.
I got really lucky with these glasses. Usually, it is impossible to pick out sunglasses online 'cause you can't tell how they will look on you. They fit perfect and look great. They are constructed well and have help up with daily use. I really recommend these glasses.
