I first ordered these in size 37 I am normally a 7 American shoes so I really should have gotten 37.5 which I think is equal to a 7. Although they fit I was afraid they would hurt after a while so I overcommpensated and got a 38.5. because they are quite high I figured I could put an extra insole in so they wouldn't hurt the ball of my foot. I probably could have gotten away with 38 but they are still fine, I have really sensitive feet and can't usually wear a heel all day but with an insole, and I have a feeling even if I got them smaller with no insole they would still feel fine! They do not hurt at all despite the height and with the round toe they make your feet look small. The ankle is shapely and feminine, the leather is beautiful, allaround a beautiful boot, I love them! Also I should add they arrived really quickly both times.

I finally found perfect fitting tall boots on my thin leg. I am 5"2 -weight 97lb now, have skinny and thinner calves than average, so it is hard to find fitting and good looking boots on me. This boots is perfect on my body type and looks really sexy on in person-- goes with any style. I like this classic style. I can wear them on tights with skirts and over skinny jeans. I highly recommend this boots to ladies who have same kind of body and calves like me.

The boots are nice and are extremely comfortable. The heels are not that tall. The only thing is I wish the height of the shaft was a little taller; it doesn't quite reach my knees. I will keep the boots even though they are a little snug (I can't be bothered with returns). I got my size but I can get them stretched a little. It's not exactly one size smaller, just a little snug.

The boots run small so I would suggest ordering 1 size larger than you normally wear. They look great and very comfortable!

They are nice looking and pretty comfortable although I have not worn them all day. They could have been a little larger for the size, but overall they are nice boots.

I liked these boots so much that I ordered another pair in brown. They are very cute, fashionable, comfortable, of good quality and great value. I ordered a size larger, and it fits me well. I like that the circumference of the top is rather small and that the sole and leather are very soft.

I really like these boots. They're not as narrow in the calf as I expected from reading other reviews, but they don't gape quite as badly as most leather boots do on my twigs. They leather is great quality and while the soles/insteps don't immediately seem to be comfortable, I can walk around the mall in them with no pain at all (a rarity for me). Thanks, Overstock!

I am so happy with these boots. They have a classic look and feel very high quality. These are the best boots I have ever tried on with regards to fitting the ankle and calf. I have a 14" calf and these are quite snug - just what I wanted. The goring gives a little bit of stretch and it is possible to tuck skinny jeans inside them. They do run small. I usually wear a size 9 and ended up with a size 40.

They are great looking and comfortable boots. Too bad my calve is too big for them to zip all the way up. I will have to return them and measure my calves.
