This is my eleventh pair of Birkenstock sandals.....all of which have been ordered online. I am happy with all of them. Never a problem with size by getting my usual size and then I wear them about 2 or 3 hours a day for a week before going all day long with them. This seems to work out best and then they are never a problem. I just love Birkenstock sandals and after 7 foot surgeries, this is the only brand of shoe that my Podiatrist wants me to wear. He does the same. This pair of Black Milano's is a wonderful addition to my collection. Never a problem with Overstock.com and love to just wait for a good sale and then get more pairs using their site.
