I have special foot/leg issues and these are the only sandals I have found that give me both comfort and a stable fit at a reasonable price. They're great!

Size: Seem to be a little bit on the small size for US sizing, i will go a size larger next that what i usually buy.Durability: I walk heavy on the outside of my heals. I've never worn through a heal before these. After a season and a season and a half of ocassional wear, I'm down to the corkboard, which, surprisingly, seems to hold up better than the supersoft outsole. Speaking of which, soft outsole = scuffs. .Comfort: For short periods of time, they are heavenly. For longer periods, I miss the cushion after a few hours.

these birk-like shoes have a great reputation...and for good reason. they are not much to look at, but they really are extremely comfortable. a nice value.

It's nice to walk without tensing your feet to keep the sandal on your feet. The back strap makes sure of that.

I've seen this same sandal elsewhere at 2 to 3 times the price, so I am really pleased with the value. The sandals are well made and attractive. It is always risky buying shoes without trying them on first, but I was able to get the right size for me and they fit well. The soles are nonslip, but they do leave marks on some floors. I was not used to wearing sandals, so I am having to get used to the fact that they don't provide much cushioning. If you are used to Birkenstocks, these are a really great deal.
