The other comment is very true. It's a bit low cut so you may want a cami under it. I plan on wearing it for New Year's.

I just got this in the mail yesterday and it is even better than I imagined. The online photo does it no justice! It is so sparkly...I got it to wear to a concert, but decided to save it for a holiday party in December.
