These boots are great... i wore them on a trip to Chicago where it is actually cold (I am from San Diego and we really don't get "cold") and they stood up great. Just make sure you spray them with leather protector before you get them wet/dirty.

I bought a size 7 brown bearpaws. It's slightly higher on the leg than I expected - which is good. The size is a bit large, but I'm a 6.5 so I think a 6 would have been too tight. Overall I like these boots a lot! Their comfortable (very soft inside) and look great. I'm very pleased.

Just wanted to add my 2 cents...I own 2 pairs of the UGGS classic short boots & wanted a black pair. I decided to give another brand a chance b/c I do feel UGGS might be a "over" priced. I got these and they are just as good as my UGGS. In fact I like the fit better and the feel is the same. They look great and will keep my feet just as warm! I'm very happy with these boots!

excellent shoes for the price. they are very comfy and cozy. i dont see what all the hype is about actual ugg brand boots. dont get me wrong, uggs are cute, but outrageously priced! the cost of bear paw boots are way more reasonable. love them and would def reccomend them! also the soles do not wear out fast! ive had a pair for over two years and the soles are fine. thats after wearing them all winter!

another customer stated that she had purchased a pair for her daughter,and the heels which are HOLLOW,promptly wore through.Now,going by the description one would think these boots have a rugged/strong soles and heels---they DON'T which is my complaint as well.My other grievance is this sheepskin lining ??where is it ?you'd be as well off purchasing another boot with a full synthetic fleecy" type of lining.If you have the $$s to spare and simply want these for fashion---buy em......mine are going right back .

I already own a pair of these boots, which I bought at a store. I ordered the same boot, different color, and was worried they wouldn't be as comfortable or true to size. I was pleased to see they are exactly the same size and very comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase.

I actually bought these to replace my other pair of Bear Paws. I chose lugged over the flat sole because of all the walking I do. My flat soled pair got holes in the middle of one of the worst rain storms I've ever been through. Never buying those again, unless specifically for comfort purposes. When these first arrived they felt much smaller than my other other pair but, as I've had BPs before, I knew they would break in. However, they are still the tiniest bit too small, but that doesn't stop me from wearing them. Neither does the constantly shifting foot insert. That piece is definitely smaller than the marked size as I can wiggle it around and curl my toes over the front. So annoying! Alas, I must have received a defective pair... I do intend to purchase BPs again with the hopes that my next pair will be even better! As for Overstock's service... what can I say? Always fast and friendly. Thank you!

I bought these for my 10 year old daughter. She wore them for about 1 1/2 months (Feb. 13 to March 25) on a part time basis. The rubber sole has "broken" at the heal and caved in on both boots. I can put my finger through it and touch the inside of the boot. They are completely unwearable. They were not placed in water or abused in any way. This is the first time she's ever worn out a pair of shoes before she outgrew them.Poor poor quality.

WOW! great pair of boots. Absolutely impressed by the quality, thickness and warmth. Look great and comfy. Nice and soft inside. Wonderful winter boots. My friend owns a pair of UGG, these are far better. I recommend this to everyone!!!

I ordered my true size (9) which all my shoes/boots are. When I received these, they were much too small--Maybe it was all the fluffy lining, but with socks on, there was no way these boots were going to be comfortable. I wanted to go up a half-size. No luck. These only come in whole sizes. So, I ordered the 10. The 10 was way too big, but by the time the second pair finally arrived, I really needed a pair of boots to wear, so I kept them anyway. I should have returned them too. I am unhappy with the sizing. Otherwise, the style is beautiful. The lining is nice-looking and warm. Sole is good. I couldn't beat the Overstock price anywhere on-line.

Bearpaw boots are so cozy and comfy, I decided to purchase four pair for my daughter and myself. The boots are true to size. I highly recommend these boots. To emphasize how wonderful they are, my daughter was wearing her light pink boots today and it was 80 degrees outside! Buy with confidence. I have purchased over 100 items through Overstock -- I'm never disappointed.

I absolutely love these!! Most reviews said they run a little smaller, but I disagree. These fit me very well with a little extra room. It feels like I'm walking in slippers. I found these to be more durable and comfy than more expensive boots I've owned.

These boots are super comfy and warm. Apart from the small bearpaw logo on the back of the boots, they look exactly like Uggs boots. They keep my feet very warm in this frigid cold upstate NY weather. I usually wear size 6.5 and ordered size 7 which fit perfectly, with or without socks. These boots are not waterproof so I would recommend spraying some waterproofing spray on them before wearing. If you get the Black boots, wear dark colored socks as they will stain your white socks. The stains do come off after washing. I can wear them over my jeans or under them and have no problems slipping into them. If you're looking for a comfortable pair of boots that will keep your feet warm and dry, look no further.

I love my new bearpaw boots! They are warm and comfortable and look great! I even got a pair in black. I was trying to decide between these boots and some ugg boots and I am glad I went with this because it cost a lot less and almost look the same!
