Great little boots, which I plan to wear as slippers. I usually buy the fleece-lined boots i wear outdoors in New Zealand or Australia, but these are perfect for wearing in the house as slippers because they are light-weight and easy to slip on and off. Had more been available I probably would have bought several pairs in different colors.

I just got these boots today, and i LOVE them!!! I was nervous about the size and putting them on after i read the other reviews, and I ordered a half size up and they are perfect!! Also, I could just slip right into them. They are soooo comfy too! I got chestnut, and they look beautiful. The lenth is great, because i tried on some bigger 8" ones, and they didn't look good at all with my chicken legs lol (: I recommend these to anyone and everyone!! I love my new BearPaw boots. After reading all of the other reviews I was nervous about the size. I'm a pretty true size 8 1/2. Usually when shoes come in whole sizes I always have to go up a size so I chose a 9. They fit pretty well, but they slide up and down a bit as I walk. It almost sounds like I'm dragging my feet. So if you wear a half shoe size, you may want to consider ordering down if you want a snug fit, especially if you're not much of a fan of socks like me. I'm going to try my next pair in a size 8. They are sooo warm in this freezing Illinois weather though!

These boots are true to size and very warm. I live in northern NH and it has been below zero often. I needed a warm pair of boots while snow blowing. One review said to wear them without socks. So I have and my feet have been comfortably warm. The only problem I have is that I have a very high arch and need to use a shoe horn to get into them. I am hoping that, with wear, I may be able to put them on without the help of the shoe horn. That would not stop me from purchasing another pair. I love them!

The Bear Claw version of the popular 'Uggs' boot compares more than adequately to the competition's appearance and comfort; if you wear them under pants (as opposed to pants tucked in), it's hard to tell from a distance that they are not the real thing. HOWEVER, take care to order a much larger size than you would ordinarily select. My perfect-fit Uggs are size 7; my almost-too-small Bear Claws are size 9. Need I say more?

i love both pair of bear paw boots that i purchased. i like the 10 inch boots better only because the 6 inch rubs the back of the ankle when sitting/driving, etc.
the 10 inch obviously do not. they are indeed very comfortable. i read reviews first and saw that everyone said order your own size and they will stretch.... that was good advice for me and i love them, love them, love them.... i wear them constantly!

These boots are very warm and snuggly. With the rubber sole they are great to go out to the mail box or kennel. My feet don't sweat but are very comfortable. I buy these every year and wear them almost every day.

These Bear Paws are comparable to Uggs without the high price tag! They look and feel wonderful. I waterproof them so they will stay dry throughout our long winters. Some reviews said to size up and I didn't, but wish I had. Mine are snug but will stretch to form, but if you are a half size, definitely order the size up. If you love Uggs and don't want to spend so much, order these, they're just as cute, fuzzy and warm.

These boots are nice. I received them today. I have not worn them out yet but tried them on and they are comfy. I do not recommend going one size up on them.... I usually wear a size 8 so after reading some reviews to go up one size, i bought a size 9 and had to return them because they were way to big. I got the size 8 today and they fit perfectly fine with socks.

...but not TOO hot. I wear these ALL the time now that the weather has turned cooler. My feet do NOT sweat in them, and they are soooo comfortable! I just wish I would have ordered the 10" shank too, when they had my size & color in stock :(do NOT settle for any faux fur....ONLY get real shearling...it wicks & stays fresher longer. These boots run true to size WITHOUT socks...which you're not supposed to wear with these types of boots anyway
