All-Important Basic
These shoes perfectly answered my search for a basic black pump to wear with both day and evening dresses. The leather is good quality, but soft enough that any slight pinch will fade as the material stretches. The heel is well balanced, and the angle is offset by a nice amount of padding in the footbed (both at the heel and towards the ball of the foot) - a great plus. I also like the shaping of the toe. Though pointed it's not extreme at all, making the shoe more versatile. These do show a bit of toe cleavage - usually a minus for me, but it's subtle enough that it just adds some sex appeal without looking awkward. All in all, a perfect basic for anyone's wardrobe.
