I purchased this item for my six-year old. She wears a 6X, which is what I ordered. The item arrived and fit fine, I was excited, perfect style for my daughter. However, first hand washing and flat drying showed marked shrinkage. I never machine washed or dryed. The item has shrunk markedly, even though I followed washing instructions to the point each time.

I bought this outfit for my 4 1/2 and 7 1/2 year old girls. I found the sizes to be right on. I was concerned from other posts, but was happy with the results. We get lots of compliments!!

I really love Ann Loren's clothes. I just think they run a little small. If I had it to order again I would get a bigger size in the outfits.
