My daughter is on the petite side (eight years old that wears a 6-7), so I was a little worried that this dress would not fit. However, it is a perfect fit. She loves this dress. It is lightweight, but not see-through. This dress can be used for church, family gatherings, pictures, or whatever. It's not too fancy and not too boring. Love it.

The dress is cute, but it is a total pain to care for. It needs to be ironed every time it is washed and with all the ruffles that isn't easy. The first time I tried to line dry it (needed to be ironed) ,then dried slightly on delicate (still needed ironing). My daughters love it, but beware it is high maintenance!
