The dress is very cute. My daughter wore it on the fourth of July and we received many compliments about the dress. The dress fits true to size. The dress has one negative feature, the fabric is thin. The pattern on the dress prevents it from being see through. My daughter really liked the dress. She thought it was neat that it resembled the American flag.

I was VERY disappointed with the quality or lack there of for this dress. I bought the dress and matching pant and tank outfits for my 2 young daughters. When they arrived, I was so so disappointed. I have ALWAYS been EXTREMELY pleased with EVERYTHING that I have ever ordered from this site and I order quite a bit .I don't know that I'll return the items as my girls need something to wear for the Fourth of July but if I was ever going to return anything to Overstock this dress and the matching pant/tank outfiits would be it .

My daughter loves this dress. She is a tall 5 year old (almost six), and I ordered the 7/8. It fits and you can tie it back. However, it will probably fit her better next year as far as length. Nevertheless, she loves it, and it fits her this year. It is a thinner material, but no problems with see through since it is so brightly colorful. She has gotten a lot of compliments from strangers.
