When I pulled it out of the box I just got so sad! The handbag came all rumpled up but worse than that was the poor quality of the frame, which didn't hold any shape. The leather was soft and supple, but the color (I chose the lighter brown) was gross and looked like an old pair of bowling shoes. The hardware was cheap and ugly and overall it was a huge disappointment so I am returning it. It really just looks like a piece of junk.
I had a hard time finding a leather bag in this particular color green, which I love. This bag is so much larger than I expected it to be. I thought it would be a good handbag for everyday use, but it is more like an overnight bag, very large with lots of pockets. The leather is WONDERFUL, and the design is so pretty. Plus, its different so not everyone will have it.

Shortly after I started using this bag, the "gemstone" fell off....got lost. A week or two later the bottom horseshoe "buckle fell off. It looks pretty stupid now without those major design features. The bag itself seems sturdy enough and the leather is nice looking.

When I first saw this handbag on this website I really liked the style. After reading all the great reviews I decided to order the lime one. The lime was not available for almost 2months. Finally a couple of weeks ago the lime was back and I was so excited. I ordered it for my Mom's birthday Dec. 11. It arrived in a few days which was great! However, the cute big stone in the middle of the purse was broken off. I tried to glue it back on but it kept falling off. I finally got it to stay after an hour of working with it. Needless to say I'm disappointed in Overstock now. The last handbag I ordered was not true to color. I ordered black and they sent me brown. What is going on?

This is a good looking bag for the price. It looks more expensive. A word of caution, if you are a pack rat like me ( I carry everything) this bag can get very heavy and I thought the straps were long enough to carry the bag on my shoulder, not really. You have to take the bag off your shoulder to get into it and the flap is a little awkward to open and close. The 3 separate large compartments inside are great. I've been using it as my everyday bag but I'm considering changing it because of the weight and awkward access to my things.

I love this bag!! It is generous on room. I love satchel leather type bags and wanted something I don't see on every other woman's arm!!! This bag serves my purpose and then some. I plan to order another one.

Unfortunately, the photos are more appealing than this item. The leather is rather stiff and the width across the bottom is 8 inches--much too wide to carry easily. The main problem was with the flap that closes the top. It didn't lay down properly and sort of stuck out. Could have been the way the item was packed but the leather is so stiff, I don't believe it would ever have been right. Also, the photo did not show that there is large contrast stitching all over the bag. The light thread looked cheap on the black bag I ordered. Was very disappointed to have to return this item.

Finding a genuine leather bag under $100 is a steal. This bag is a very soft leather, and very spacious. It's kind of big for everyday if you're not used to big handbag, but doubles as a work bag for me, I can throw everything in here - umbrella, books, makeup bag, phone, keys, wallet, lotion... and there is still more room. It is a little bit heavy though. All around a great value and I'm very happy I bought it!

As others have said, the handles are short and make for a tight fit when carried on the shoulder. It would have been nice to get the handle dimensions. Other than that, I really like the Amerileather Verona Handbag.

This is a very well-made, durable handbag. The leather is soft and of good quality. The picture of the handbag is deceiving and it is much larger than I anticipated! In fact HUGE! I should have paid more attention to the dimensions given on the product page but I didn't. I don't usually carry such a large purse and feel it is bulky on my arm. I plan on using it for a while and seem to be getting more used to the size of it. I do really love the stones that are used on the front flap - its just so large!

Just got my bag last week and I love it. I choose the Lime Green bag, love the style, and the look. It is a bit big but I have gotten use to it. I am glad I found this because I was looking to something different from what I normally buy and I think I found it.You will love it as well.

This is a nice quality leather, however, is extremely heavy. It was not comfortable to me. Appearance was good, bag was well-made and it's a good value for the price - just not for me.

I ordered Lime on a whim as it is not my usual color and fell in love with it the minute I saw the bag. For those who like a large handbag or middle size tote bag this is perfect. I use it for both. The quality is great and the leather reminds me of the old Dooney all-weather leather.
