I'm returning mine right away. You're not missing something- there is no reference to a shoe size associated with the S/M/L/XL/XXL order options for these slippers. Trying to order the right size proved a nightmare, hope is all I could do that the XL would be appropriate for a size 13. However, when my order arrived, included in the box was a wonderful little size chart that would have been oh-so-handy at the time of ordering. Why this information is made available AFTER the fact I can't imagine, but it's a nice confirmation that yes, I must be an idiot at slipper ordering and yes, those XL's look too small for a reason. They are!So for those of you yet to order, perhaps this tid bit of information will help you make a more educated decision, courtesy of my box containing slippers of a useless size that are goin' back: S= Men's NA, Women's 5, M= Men's 5.5, Women's 6, L= Men's 6.5, Women's 7.5, XL = Men's 8, Women's 9, XXL= Men's 9.5, Women's 10.5, XXXL is Men's 11, Women's 12. So a size 13 must be unheard of in the land wherever these are made. Good luck!

Unless you plan to wear these exclusively with socks, the bare, coarse, elastic band that runs across the top of the foot (not visible in the photos) will rub your skin raw! This is an obvious design flaw that renders the slippers useless. They look lovely but are completely unwearable; I am returning them immediately.

I love these slippers. They are warm and comfortable. I just bought another pair because I was wearing the others out. They have the funny smell when you first unpack them, but spray a little Febreeze in them and it will go right away. I wear a half size and normally have to order the next size up. Don't do that with these, order the next size down as they run large. Oh, by the way the slippers that are wearing out have been worn for at least 2 years every day. This is one of the best purchases that I have ever made.....

Buy a whole size smaller than you normally would. These are GREAT slippers and so comfortable. I'd buy them again and again!

I got these slippers for my boyfriend for Christmas, but couldn't resist and gave them to him early. He absolutely loves them. He says they're warm, cozy, incredibly comfortable, and he loves the fact that he can go outside onto the deck with them after it's been raining and not get them wet/ruin them (because of the rubber bottoms). He loves the gift, and I'm so happy I found the perfect slippers for him! He wears them every single day as soon as he can take off his shoes.

I ordered these slippers and the sizing options were Small, Medium, Large, etc. I needed a Woman's size 8 so I ordered the Large. When my ordered was shipped, the page was changed to US sizes 7, 8, 9, etc. I was really concerned that I wasn't going to get the right size. But I did! I was really pleased that, even with the confusion of sizing, I received the correct size. The quality looks good. Really soft. They are a gift, so we'll see at Christmas if they fit right!

They are so awesome- they are on my feet the minute I get home at night(much to my husbands dismay because they are far from hot) and I am so happy I bought them - they work for outside, a quick run to get the paper in the AM, and are perfect for around the house. New smell, kind of like mothballs one other reviewer wrote about, was not lasting.

These slippers are exactly what I wanted, a little cheaper than I could get them at the big and name-brand onliine stores. I have diabetes, so protecting my feet from unseen damage and ameliorating the pain of neuropathy is very important to me. These do both. I wear them every minute I am in the house. The only thing I found annoying was the stench of mothballs that came with them. It has been a few weeks since they came and they can still stink up a room. It doesn't bother me a bit, but my wife has a sensitive sniffer and she's always commenting about them. Fortunately our old dog smells worse, and takes the brunt of her wrinkled-up schnozzle.

The slippers are nice, comfy and appear to be well constructed. I accidently bought them big because the sizing chart was a bit hard to decipher; i wear an womens 8.5 or 9 and the sizing chart suggested a XL, I would have prefered a L. There is an elastic band across the instep that keeps them in place on the feet without restriction. If the elastic was not there they would probably slip off the feet when walking. I like the slippers and wear them around the house and right now on travel in my hotel room. Not sure i would wear them outside although they could stand up to it. They had a strong chemical smell (like moth balls) for about a week after i received them, which i did not like, but they have since aired out.

These slippers are just what I needed for keeping my feet nice and warm! At first I was a bit concerned about the wide elastic band inside the top arch, but apparently it helps hold its shape; I don't find I'm even aware of it, even without wearing socks. The fuzzy lining plus solid bottom is just what I wanted!

I purchased these for my husband and he loves them. The main thing that he likes about them is that they do not produce static electricity when he walks across the floor. Comfort wise they are superb.

The slippers are well made and are easy to slip on, the elastic over the top of the foot is soft and does not cause any pressure on the foot. They are warm and comfortable.

I am very fond of sheepskin slippers - and have been buying them for years, and find this style comfortable and warm with a great non-slip bottom. These slippers are slightly less fuzzy than previous pairs on the inside, a little less like walking in pillows, and the instep features a hidden elastic, which I can't remember being mentioned in the write up and might be an issue for those who are sensitive to the components of elastics. Overally, these slippers required absolutely no break in time, they felt wonderful from the first moment I put them on.

Great. They have a hidden piece of elastic that one may think is not good, but you can't feel it and it holds them on y9our feet snuggly. They are more than travel slippers, they are also errand and shopping slippers.

I bought these for the wife and kids.. they all loved them. My wife's size was a bit tight.. but after wearing them for a bit.. the leather and fur must have worked in a bit more room! The soles on the bottom allow you to run outside to get the mail, or off to the store if you wish... Buy a pair. you won't be sorry!

I got these for my husband for christmas. he loves to wear slippers and normally wears them out pretty fast. He has had them for a couple weeks now. Personally I think they are not as manly as I was hoping, but nothing I read about them said that they were manly. He seems to really like them except that he does agree they are a little lacking with the padding on the bottoms. I think I will do like I read on other reviews and get him some inserts. overall a nice pair.

I was really skeptical about buying slippers online but I can never seem to find any that are worth a darn in stores and they are 'seasonal' items. I read some other reviews about this pair before I bought them and the phrase 'tend to run a little large' was fine with me. I have a wide foot and usually buying shoes means going to a larger size.I got these and put them on and was immediately impressed with the fit. The only thing wrong with them is that they have an elastic band along the top (inside). This is not good for people like myself with diabetes and need all the circulation we can get. I snipped these bands off and have what I thought was the perfect slipper. I added in some Dr. Scholl's gellin inserts and now.. I DO have the perfect slippers.

I wear these slippers all the time - in and out of the snow too! They do run a little big - I usually wear a 9 but when I order my next pair, I will get an 8. The elastic band doesn't bother me at all. Overall, these are great slippers and I will rebuy them.

The slippers are very warm and comfy. They are the first thing I put on when I get home and help me to feel relaxed after a long day. I'm going to get a pair for my husband.
