I was happy with the quality and size. I bought it for a plane trip and I was able to put all my necessities in it, just in case my luggage was misplaced. I was able to fit my meds,jewelry roll, Nook and regular purse items with no problem. I had plenty of room to spare.It's great, especially if you have several items you want to carry that won't fit in a regular purse.

Loved my first Amerileather bag so much that I watched for another great deal on Overstock and found this one. This bag holds EVERYTHING! Great for traveling and for shopping. Not my daily carry bag, but use it as often and get compliments all the time!

While this bag is large I expected even larger. The red is not what I expected. I thought it would be a richer hue based on the photo. It has an orange base to it which I am not in love with. I love more of a cherry red for a bag of this size. Oddly enough it very close to the color red used for a luxury bag that passed on getting just because it is this color. I really wanted a large red bag, have for the longest and thought I found it in this. Back to the drawing board.

I love this bag. First it's huge, which I love, and it's a buttery soft leather. What I love the most is they put a snap and ring up near the top of the bag, so you can snap in your keys so they are easy to find. With such a large bag, it's a huge asset. I love that it's simple without a ton of crap on it. I also love that there are feet on the bottom of the bag which keeps the bottom from sitting flat. The Strap is comfortable and fits well on my shoulder. It's a great bag, and I will consider getting a dark color for fall.

I have had this purse for a year now. Still looks great -- no scuffs. One warning -- it is helpful to keep items in zip-type bags as they can get "lost" in what my kids refer to as the "great black hole". Purse is large enough to carry netbook-type computer, iPad, Kindle or all three : )

I have never seen a soft but strong leather purse of this size for anywhere near this low price! I have made leather purses in the past and can tell this one is built to last. There is a minimum of metal showing on the purse, which I really like. The lining is a very rugged nylon which will last and not shred like many other purses. I can fill it with any size crochet project AND the contents of my purse as well and there's room to spare! It is a bit heavy, but just about anything of this size carrying all my contents is going to be somewhat heavy. I love the purple color - it's just as strong a color as on the website so you need to love purple to carry this purse. It's made of that soft pebbled leather that I dearly love. My husband bought it for me for my birthday in a couple of months, but couldn't wait to give it to me. It came in just a few days. What a great gift!

I ordered the purse in purple and LOVED it! It is huge and perfect for me. However, it is very heavy. Once I loaded it with my usual stuff, it was way too heavy, so I had to return it. But if I could, I would've kept it.
