Super cute and breathe well for my home workout needs. Fabric is very thin so it breathed well but I don't expect it to last the dryer too many times. As the title suggests, the material is not a heavy spandex that tightens your legs for you, it takes the shape of your legs so definitely does best on those who have toned or lean legs.
