Poor Quality
The jacket was made poorly. The top stitching on the front and lower portion was done with low quality thread. The thread was frayed and knotted. It was darker in those areas due to the stitching and noticeable from the remaining stitching. The skirt zipper was of poor quality, it would not zipp properly or the the top of the zipper. It would catch at the wait stitching.

Quality not there
I was disappointed in the quality of this item. The jacket fabric was very tacky and had metallic texture to it. The skirt fabric was flimsy. There were strings hanging all over the place, The skirt was mishappen and the seams uneven. It looked like an irregular to me. The skirt was also much shorter than pictured and jacket much baggier than pictured. I'm returning it.
