Material feels more like reprocessed wool than high quality merino or whatever, but the black color and trim design disguise any deficiencies in quality of fabric. If you need a overcoat that is not something you will worry about soiling or even losing, this is a good bet.

Totally GQ! I purchased this coat for my son as a gift. It is a wonderful coat complete with all the quality finishes of an expensive designer. There are multiple pockets inside the coat with red fabric linings. Everything is double stitched and reinforced. My son has an athletic build, wide shoulders but slender with long arms. Hi, I just measured at 39" chest, 25" length arms from the shoulder to wrist (do I even need that) 13" biceps... lol ;). And I'm 5'10. I really want this **** coat but I don't want it too big or too small. Will that 40S do? Or should I just give up.

How heavy is it? I'm trying to determine how warm this coat will be. I live in Minnesota, so something that will be warm between 0 and 30 F would be great. Is this that kind of coat, or should I look for something else?
