This is a fantastic costume! It comes with the jacket, tall hat & pants. The hat is really funny when you put it on. It is VERY high & stands straight up like in the picture! It also has a gold chain that falls around your neck that I didn't notice on the website. The fabric is polyester which may be a bit warm depending on where you live, but it's really well put together. The only thing that seemed really cheap was the white plastic belt... but, what can you expect?! It's a Halloween costume!! Super cute and really great value for everything that you get. Can't wait to wear it this year!!!
