Shoe lace hook on 1 boot broke off at first try on
My husband loves the boots but was disappointed when he went to put them on for the first time and a hook for the laces broke right off. I had to bring it to the shoe repair shop to have a new hook put on. It was cheaper and quicker than sending the boots back. It costed me $2. No problems since.
