This is my second coat from Overstock. I ordered the charcoal, and the color is exactly as it appears online. It's a very elegant coat with a tailored fit; the buttons are sewn on very well, and it falls just a smidge below my knees (I'm only 5'2" so it would be at or above the knees if you're taller). I'm fairly petite--I usually wear 4 or 6, and the size I ordered is very roomy. That's great if I want to wear it over a bulkier sweater, as I'm sure I will come January--but not as good if I want to achieve a more fitted look in late fall. So definitely no need to order up a size if you want to wear it over bulky winter clothes.

The appearance of this coat is good. The quality is also good. However, it runs very big. I usually wear a small in coats, so I ordered a small in this one. Unfortunately it is enormous on me...except the sleeves. I have been told numerous times that I have shorter arms for my height (I'm 5'7) and the sleeves didn't even make it down to my wrists. The shoulders are very broad and tall since they decided to put thick shoulder pads in the coat. The entire coat is just very wide. It looked huge on the hanger and looks even worse on. That being said, I am definitely returning it. Too bad I have to pay to have it returned.

This coat is a beautiful addition to any wardrobe. You cannot beat it for the price!

This coat is nice and heavy and a good quality. The fit is a little funny in the back but other than that, this is a great buy!

I'd admired this coat for some time, then when I saw the Overstock price, I had to have it. It was nearly 100 degrees the day the UPS delivery was made, but I know this winter I'll be so happy I have it. It fits perfect. I was unsure of whether I should get a medium or large, especially because several reviews said it ran large. I usually wear 10 - 12, and ordered the large so I'd have room for sweaters in the winter. The detail is lovely.

i LOVE this jacket. i usually wear an XL but i got a large because of prior reviews and it fits GREAT. it's the perfect fit, i would recommend this to anyone. actually, i already have!!

I was really excited for this jacket, but disappointed when I got it and the shoulders are too wide and the arms are big, I was hoping for something more fitted and it was boxy. Very cute and stylish, just didn't fit the way I wanted it to.

I really like this jacket. I had a hard time finding a winter coat that would look professional and also affordable. The jacket is a great fit and price affordable.

Anne Klein has done it again...this coat is a great value. This coat is a beautifully made, fashion forward twist on classic design that is all that you come to expect from this label. I love this coat! Every time I wear it I get compliments and people want to know where I bought it.

I REALLY ENJOY THE STYLE AND FIT OF THE COAT. IT WILL COMPLEMENT ANY OUTFIT I CHOOSE . I TRIED TO BUY 2 MORE FOR MY AUNT AND GIRLFRIEND BUT THE SIZE I NEEDED WASN'T AVAILABLE. EVEN MY HUSBAND LOVED THE STYLE ON ME. THIS SAYS IT ALL . !

I ordered this coat in white and the coat is absolutely beautiful. I showed it to my daughter and the first thing she said was can I get one, or can I wear this one now? The fit was perfect. Coat is slightly lighter than expected, but probably better this way since it is a longer coat. Wish Overstock had it in a brown color, too.

I really didn't think that the quality of this coat reflected what I would have expected with an Ann Klein label. The material is thinner and lighter than I would anticipate what would be needed for cold weather warmth. If you want a warm coat that will sustain you in extreme cold weather this is not it. XL is close to the size of a 14 and it does have a more snug and taylored fit. I am not going to send this coat back but I am not 100% happy with it. It is acceptable at best. No rave revues on this one. The sale price for this would be the most appropriate cost.

I am a coat-a-holic! This is a beautiful coat. I get many compliments on it. I wear a small and it fits perfectly. It has just enough room to wear a light sweater under it. The color is great (I have charcoal) and the wool is soft and comfortable.

I got the coat yesterday and was very disappointed. I ordered a small but the coat was HUGE! It looked 2 sizes larger at the least. When ordering, I read the reviews and got a small instead of a medium because it was said to be a bit off in size. But come on, I wore three sweaters when trying it on to give it an ultimate winter test - it was still too large. Loose in the hips, breast, and sleeves, just all over. Unfortunately I will be returning it, though the coat itself is very nice, good fabric, made sturdy, but soooo off-size. I say order a size smaller. Too bad for me, overstock doesn't have it in XS :(

The coat was just okay. I expected it to be more fitted like the picture but it is a roomy fit. I bought a medium which usually fits me but it seemed a little too big around the waist and the shoulder pads stick out from the seam which makes the sleeves look odd. I will say that the material is thick so it is warm. I'm returning the coat as I'm not completely happy with it.

I received my white coat today and was really disappointed, as it had two dirty spots on it. It is very classy and attractive, but I don't like the thick shoulder pads. Unfortunately, I'm not loving the coat and am sending it back.

Everything about this coat I loved. It fits great, it looks great, and the color is right on!
