Coat seems very warm and true to size. Don't really like the look of the elastic around the bottom, but will help keep snow out when skiing. The fact that it is a 'systems' coat makes it easy to layer for warmer or colder conditions.

Ordered this for my husband who is very choosy when it comes to clothing. He loves it, it's warm while being light weight. The jacket can be worn several ways and it came just in time for our "Florida winter"so he's already enjoying it. Overstock continues to please us with their great bargains.

I bought the red for my hubby.. know he will love it.. it is under the Christmas tree.. I have enjoyed seeing how it works.. am soooo pleased with the quality.. the inner jacket is light weight and can be worn alone and look good on him.. he is 72 and still likes to look good.. the outer jacket can also be worn alone, it too looks great.. Both jackets together, well, they may get a little warm.. but there are times when he can use a lot of warmth.. it gets so cold when 'winter' is here in our area, especially during our icy/foggy winter weather, which only last about 1 month.. yes, it does get cold in areas of California!!! Im in Nebraska, and this coat is keepin me warm, and I just got done sledding in 15 degree weather. Looks ok, fits fine, doesn't seem to be cheap stuff. For what I payed, heck doesn't matter, its the warmest coat I've had in a long time, just what I was looking for.

Ok, so first off I have no complaints about this jacket except for asthetics. I bought it for my stepdad and I know he will LOVE it. The construction is great. I love the idea of it being so versitile and it looks really warm. That said, it looks a little 80's. I think it's because the waist and sleeves have elastic sewn in at the bottom (which is very practical in the cold, just not that sylish). This jacket is a great value if you are looking for something warm and functional. I know my stepdad won't care about the appearance as he is not a fashion driven guy. This really is a good jacket, to me it just looks a lttle dated.

Kept the weaher out when it was in the teens (F) and windy. Inner jacket heavier than I expect with knit cuffs ( a plus).

I bought the black and red, for my hubby. This coat is well constructed and very good looking. The large size seems a bit big on him, but the airspace between the coat and his clothes should hold the warmth better. Also, it is large enough that he can wear it over his Carharrt Extreme Winter Overalls when he goes ice fishing. It hasn't been cold enough for him to wear it yet, so our jurys still out on how warm it is!

I love this jacket, it really keeps you warm. even when it's pouring down rain you don't need but the wind breaker to keep you warm. the only thing that I was'ent happy about is they said you could choose from 3 colors so I choice blue and they sent me red instead. but I really like it so there is no comlaint. If you need a nice jacket that aint that heavy and you want to stay warm get this. it is worth the price.

I bought this for my 16 yr old son. Always have a problem buying him things since he's close to 6' tall and is super skinny. It's a little big for a large, but it looks good on him. He wears it to snow blow in and says it is very warm. He doesn't get over heated. I would recommend this coat. The red/black combo is very sharp looking.

I bought this for my husband, and he is very pleased. This season the temperature seems very inconsistent and he has been able to use all the options and combiinations so far. It is truly waterproof also. Would be nice if it had a hood.

This coat is very well made and looks great on. I bought this coat as a gift for my son and he is very pleased with it.

Very nice coat for the price-I was quite surprised when I opened the box as it was more substantial and warmer than I expected. Lining is very warm and comfortable. I wish it had a hood on it but for the price who is complaining! Otherwise I would highly recommend this jacket for the price.

The selves are too long on the outer coat, but have enjoyed wearing it and the inner coat as been great(warm) when riding my motorcycle. Believe or not I'm looking forward to trying them in the rain to find it how each of them does.
