There were two problems with this dress. First, there are foam modesty shields sewn into the bust. They are between two layers of fabric that probably would have sufficed to keep anything from being visible. However, the foam shields are sewn in and wrinkled and bunched up so they end up lumpy and weird. Second, the skirt is very THIN slippery polyester material that holds static electricity no matter what. Unfortunate, because the style and cut were very cute but the problems create more work than I am willing to do to make it presentable. I will be returning this garmet.
