I purchased this magazine for my 8 year old grandson for Christmas. He is really getting into reading and loves animals, especially exotic animals so I thought this would be a good choice for him. He has had subscriptions to Zoobooks in the past and has enjoyed them. Great little magazine for youngsters of all ages.

Zoobooks has great color pictures. It did not have nearly as many pages as I had hoped for, but my daughters seem to enjoy it. Each month they focus on one animal very indepth which is very educational and intersting. My 5 year old enjoys the pictures, and my 7 year old enjoys the information. It does come monthly which is nice.
