      You MUST read this or get the audio book! I borrowed the audio book from a friend and had to buy it for myself so I could listen to it over and over, and so I could loan it to others! It's life changing! If you have ever been discouraged by religion, or have doubts about yourself, please get this book/audio book. Some religions leave people feeling discouraged and bad about themselves. Joel shows you that is NOT what God is all about. Do yourself a favor, and buy this book. Then share it with every one you know.

      Excellent book, well worth reading. The author really explains thngs in down to earth language and in an easy-to-follow guideline. Another great feature is that the food used is every day common or easy to obtain foods.

      As I am going though one of my lifes most difficult periods...I am reading self help books by the tons. I listen to this book on audio while drving and I am feeling refreshed, reborn, ALIVE for the first time in 6 months. I was raised Catholic and was told a few times by a friend to read this book but didnt due to the different religions. I am SORRY I waited so long. It has everything to do with improving your life. It doesn't matter what religion you are. WONDERFUL AND UPLIFTING!!!!!!!!
