WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL book. Probably the best book I've ever read. Price was excellent on this item and shipping was fast. I've used Overstock before and will use again.

This is a wonderful book. Extrememly helpful and written in a down to earth way that makes it very readable. I have given it to friends and family and it has always been very appreciated. Highly recommend it.

Joel Olsteen has great intentions with this book in that he believes he is preaching God's Word, but when taken out of context, even God's Word can be made into lies. And that's what "Your Best Life Now" is--a book of lies. If you want to grow spiritually and you want a book other than the Bible, pick up something by John Piper, Mark Driscoll or C.S. Lewis (or Beth Moore, if you're a woman). These authors don't take parts of the Bible out of context to sugar-coat Christianity in hopes of falsely procuring new believers. The Bible sayd God's sovereignty is beyond man's understanding, so when Olsteen tries to say God blessed him with a closer parking spot, he doesn't know what He was doing. Perhaps Olsteen should have taken the further parking spot since God has also "blessed" him with working legs, who knows? You decide what your fait is built upon. If it is feel-good books like this that contradict the Bible, I challenge you to examine your hearts with the Bible in hand, not with "Your Best Life Now."

An extremely well-written, encouraging work by one of today's most dynamic Christian ministers. Certainly not just for "christian" readers, this book has a timeless message that applies to our everyday lives & they way we think. As I was taught, "think you CAN or think you CAN'T... either way, you'll be right." Joel Osteen says that & so much more that can be life-changing. You can't go wrong reading this book. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This book changed my life! It speaks to the heart in everyday language.

This book was purchased for me as a gift for Christmas as I watch Joel Osteen as I'm getting ready for church every Sunday. However, after reading it I had to purchase it for a friend whose experiencing some challenges. This book is the best self help book that I have read to date ( and I've read many). It's an easy read for anyone, regardless of your religious beliefs. It's not a reiteration of the bible, but merely a motivational book for anyone. Great work Joel Osteen!!!!!

The book was excellent. I enjoyed reading it and learned great spiritual lessons at the same time. It it one of the best books I have ever read.
