I waited a very long time to get this DVD. I am a new reader of Louise Hay's work. I thoroughly enjoyed this DVD especially the interviews. It exceeded my expectations and Overstock had it for the best price.

The movie really makes you aware of the thoughts you do not realize what goes on in our minds and how it does litterately effects us and the people around us. I also bought the book which I highly reccommend, it's well written and helps reinforce the changes you want to see in your life.

The video consists of multiple interviews discussing the theory presented in Louise's book You Can Heal Your Life. It is not how to implement the ideas from her book but it takes a look at how you can heal by loving yourself. The DVDs arrived damaged because the packaging had no padding. The one dvd scratched the other.

Really enjoyed this dvd. Kind of a spin off of The Secret but with more spiritual content. I also thoroughly enjoyed the fact that you can play the affirmations separately as well as the interviews. It gives a feeling of hope and well being. Would recommend to all.
