      Great book. I bought it a few years ago but it was published by Penguin Publishing in 2005. This is published by another. Wish she'd write another new one.

      • Thank you for the question. I am sorry but did not find the answer per say. What I did find was that it was published in 2010 and was based on the BBC America TV show "You Are What You Eat,".This cookbook contains more than 150 healthy and delicious recipes.
