johnnyzmiii from Bellingham, WA, Rating:5.0This is a most wonderful and accurate book about how a master teaches and what Krishnamacharya taught. A wonderful teacher who passed on Yoga in the way that we should all attempt to emulate. I loved this book and would highly recommend it to any student of Yoga.

znanna from NY State, Rating:5.0Breathtaking in your dreams photos of poses in beautiful black and white composition contrast. I just received this today - there's also a very nice introductory section about yoga in general that I've not read yet, but looks good. Very happy to have come across this book.

whidbeyk from Seattle area, Rating:5.0If you like to learn from books, this one is a winner. Easy explanations, great photos. The book presents a variety of Yoga moves and several Yoga exercise routines for different levels of experience. Highly recommended. I actually found this book at the library and loved it so much I purchased it.
