If you did this for a week, I can not see how you wouldn't get in fabo shape. iI is one of the hardest I have ever done. My husband did it with me, and he agreed.
There are lots of ups and downs and back up again. You feel wonderful when you are done...if you can finish...we couldn't the first few times....this is an amazing workout. Very athletic. The only down side was all those katarangas...and downward dogs can be hard on my delicate wrists. If you have normal wrists I would get this and do it! You will see results....and feel like someone wrung you out like a wash rag...but in a good way! It flows nicely also from move to move. It covers cardio, even though it is "yoga" the power yoga will get your heart rate well into your zone, and lots of dripping sweat too! it also is a strength workout, as it focuses in on all your muscle groups. If you have never done power yoga before, you might be surprised how unlike any other workout it is. A boredom buster for sure.
