I used this when it first came out and it helped me lose 50 lbs. I had to sell it when my Xbox broke but when I purchased another one I immediately got this game again. It really tailors workouts to your fitness level.
My only complaint is you can't skip certain exercises. For instance, I would like to skip lunges all together because they irritate an old knee injury. But you can figure out ways around that by doing squats or something when the lunge section comes on.
Overall this is a great product and a great workout.
