After the Xbox sold out one person in front of my husband during last Black Friday sale, we searched the Internet to fulfill my son's Christmas wish and were very happy to find an even better deal on here, for a better model of this product! This xbox still works great, over a year later now. We could not tell the difference between this refurbished model and a brand new item. Great graphics, and besides for games we are using it to view the instant Netflix movies on the TV. No more Black Fridays in a crowd for us!

The package arrived as indicated. The game system was packaged appropriately and safely. The product was in good condition and worked well. The only concern we had is that it did not come with any instructions. We had to look up the pdf file manual on the Internet to get the gaming system started. We are happy and pleased with our purchase from Overstock. I will go to Overstock again in the future for other purchases.

Was a better deal than I could find anywhere else. It works fine but it is quite noisy. Looks great on an HDTV with the included HD cable. It had everything we needed to plug n play, and use as a DVD player too.

I will be returning this purchase I was not pleased with it at all. even though it was refurbished i was apauled at the dirt on the old controler and the hair still stuck to the headset from the previouse owner. not please at all

Bought this for my daughter. She has been using it for a week, playing with friends online and single player. No problems with it. It works well.

the product worked as it should. the price was very good. the service was super, I would buy again from overstock.com again, hope the warranty will be good because it is a christmas gift.

I'll cut to the chase: the product was in shoddy condition. When I opened the shipping box, the refurbished 360 box was smashed and extremely worn while the xbox itself had scratches and smudges on its exterior. The controller also had dead batteries and was very used. Dirt and grime littered the crevices and the joysticks were worn down. Overall, I'd say it was somewhat worth it, but you'd be way better off buying a new one. I can't stress that enough.

The xbox was damaged, horrible. The drive wouldn't shut, came with the wrong power cord. It had dings and scratches all over it. Do not get it.
