I wish I bought a PS3. The xbox has a lot of issues, and if you don't believe me just google it. Get a PS3, they are much more reliable!

I had my original 360 die after using it for almost 3 years. I had my wireless controllers, wireless network adapter, hard drive and over a dozen games. This was the perfect decision for me. This comes with the system only (and one wired controller), which was all I needed. If you are looking to replace a broken 360, this is for you. If you are purchasing one for the first time, you might need to look at a better package that comes with at least a hard drive. I haven't used the replacement plan yet, but I'm sure if I don't have to deal with Microsoft it should be an efficient process, especially from what I've read from other people on here.

The one I received was defective. The disc drive would not open. I looked up solutions online (because we really wanted to play it, not send it back and wait for another one) and found a way to get it to open by gently pushing in and up on it as it was trying to open. This works, but it still gets stuck sometimes and it is difficult to do this just right. Based on my Internet search for this probelm, it seems like this is a common problem for the XBox 360. Overstock.com would have, of course, refunded my money or exchanged the product for another one, but we really didn't want to wait for the shipping. So we decided to keep this one since we can get it open. I did save money buying a refurbished product, but my recommendation would be to spend a little more for a new one and take good care of it. If you do decide to go with a refurbished one, you can at least have the comfort of knowing that overstock.com guarantees their products and will refund your money or send you a 'new' one if you get a defective one.
