When no 2nd DVD was delivered I worked with customer service by phone, the international division, and they were extremely helpful. They acknowledged the problem with the item image and issued a credit for the value of the 2nd game. Customer service representative was excellent.

I love my Xbox console and games. I bought it in effort to add some variety into burning calories and let me tell you boy do you break out a sweat playing some of the games. I was having so much fun playing the Kinect Adventures game that I didn't realize I was doing so many squats...well that was until the next day when I was sore. I was a little disheartened that the drawer wouldn't close on the console after about 3 weeks of use but thankfully Overstock was quick to ship me out a new one. Another cool thing is you can speak commands and control the console so if I am watching a movie with my NetFlix account I can just say rewind or pause and the console does exactly that. I have truly turned into an Xbox fan.

The game bundle was a great gift for our son, but it was defective when opened. The disc drawer would not operate. This was a defect from the game manufacturer and Overstock handled the problem very well. We returned the item at no cost and a replacement was sent to us. The price was similar to all other stores, however, we had a coupon and credit on our account which reduced the overall price.
