Who wouldn't love an XBOX?
I did not open this particular item, but did need to return it due to receiving a duplicate as a gift. This review is more about the customer service. The customer service I received was fabulous. I explained my situation to the rep, and asked if I could return the item without paying return shipping. As a one-time courtesy, I was issued a return label, and credit was issued to my account within a day. I received followup emails, and felt that Overstock.com cared about keeping me, the customer, happy.
