I liked this workout even though I'm not getting ready for a wedding (well, not my own anyway, I do plan on attending a few this summer). I liked the format of the tape and they make it easy to choose what segments you want to do. The instructor, Marie Forleo, is a good motivator as well. I rated "suitability for all ages" lower because at the end there is a "how to" for a sexy strip show type of thing. Its not gratuitous but probably not a dvd you'd want your 16 year old working out to. Very good workout and I definitely recommend it.

I think this is a great dvd. You can adapt it to the intensity you want and it is very upbeat. Fun workout!

I bought this dvd to add variety to my morning workout. I like it. The instructor is peppy and the referrences throughout the segments to "your special day" and walking in heels are amusing, especially since I'm not prepping for a wedding or anything. I'm in decent shape and it's a good work out. The exercises are not too difficult to keep up with and she doesn't do too many reps of anything, but it has me sweating by the end - especially the lower extremity portion.

I bought this video to tone up for my wedding and in a month I am more toned and fit. The custom workout feature is easy to use and you can add on as you become more comfortable working out. The bonus features are extremely helpful as well.
I definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs to tone up and wants a basic workout to help get their bodies in shape.

I love this video. It has better strengthening in it than cardio. I love that is has a different work our for each day of the week. It definitely gives you variety. What a fun way to get fit for my wedding! It even includes a basic strip tease for the honeymoon. Each workout goes by SUPER fast, but you definitely feel it the next day! Whether you are going to wear a strappless dress or a short/ hip hugging dress, this video has it all. And you get to choose your work out! I love it! Very fun!
