  I have been buying this almanac since the 70's when it was just a pamphlet. It is chock full of useful information about lunar and planetary influences, magical wisdom and beautiful artwork. The calendar is laid out according to the zodiac and starts with the Spring Equinox. The cover says "ever a keepsake". I think most people will want to keep it long after they are done with the calendar.

  I really do like this book, and the only reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is a little bit outdated. It is also more coven based than solitary which disappointed me a little bit, but it will still be a good reference guide to sabbats and esbats.... I also like it because the authors are well informed.

  I ordered this book for some general information. Well this was a bit over my head. But if you are into Wiccan, this would be an awesome book to buy.
