Windows 7 for dummies
As a hopeless but ardent computer user, I felt it necessary to get a book especially written for people who are technically very deficient. I more or less mastered XP and wrestled my way through Vista but I finally decided to get some help with this new OS. The book is very well written and helps with a lot of issues that would have been a mystery to me. There are a few things that could have used more of an explanation but overall I think it's a great book to start with when tackling a new kind of OS.I would certainly recommend it, it's very helpful and written so that a "dummy" can understand it.

Since I am not the computer guru in the family I chose this book. It has clearly explained many things that before were over my head, but now I am getting the big picture in basic explanation.
