Will I Ever Be Good Enough? (Paperback)

So many people are walking around today with a hole in their soul. Some things that come together for other people and seem natural, don't come together for the children of Narcissistic parents. I find that most people don't let themselves feel this much, they're so confused about so many *normal* situations, they hang out at the edge of their own shadow. It manifests in so many different ways for so many different people; it can be mental illness or physical illness or extreme trust issues, etc., etc. Something doesn't fit right. It's almost unconscious except that it reveals itself in a raging rush of energy and tears. Where did that come from? I recommended this book to my sister who was so relieved and finally validated that what she felt all these years and the narcisssitic abuse she suffered and continues to suffer, was REAL. It's a *light bulb* moment for many. And until it is understood, it can't be healed. This book is a great starter, an eye opener and will help the journey from there to now. I hope everyone gets a chance to read books on Narcissism, Histrionic and Borderline Personality disorders. They will be amazed and yet comforted to know it wasn't THEM.
