Fermentation is totally new to me. This is a really clear and informative book.

Not at all what we expected. The recipes are good, what there are of them. Too much blah, blah, blah by the author. He brought out very strange and sometimes offensive viewpoints. Did not even need to be in a book like this, save it for a biography! Like I said, not exactly a recipe book like we were wanting. We will keep looking.
