If you are looking for a great family activity that will appeal to all ages, the Wii Fit is what you are looking for. Each person can set up a character (the kids had a great time with this, you can choose the details all the way down to the placement of the eyebrows and nose. My 5 year old was delighted with the "alien" character he created). The character can be a person who looks like them or they can make something up. Once you have the character there is a huge variety of activities you can participate in: if you need to lose weight, the Wii Fit will tell you your weight and set up a weight loss (complete with graph to show from week to week how you are doing). There are lots of different activities for adults and kids to choose from: for adults there is strength training, yoga, balance activities and kids there is hula hoop (my daughter loves this), balancing a ball into a hole, ski jumping etc. (Too many activities to list them all). There are activities to do together: short and long run. Best of all this item encourages the user to continue to play with Wii Fit through a reward system-continuing to play the different activities unlocks other activities (as a beginner you can't access all the different activities-as you continue to improve and do easier activities over and over, higher level activities open to encourage continued use of this item. The Wii Fit is a great family activity for users of all ages, if you want something to keep you/or get you in shape that is fun and entertaining, you will want to purchase this item.

My daughter wanted the Wii Fit for about a year, and she finally got it for Christmas. What fun it is! We love it...

We fit is a great workout. You don't even realize how much you are working out. The kids from college came in for Christmas. They played Christmas day until 4AM the next morning. The games are for all ages. Once you start, it is hard to leave because you just want to improve your score and be the best in some cases. I purchased it for myself to get in better shape through games instead of the usual going to the gym which is boring. There are plenty of challenges for all. The value is good. I would recommend it to anyone. I recieved it shortly after ordering it online. Anything I order from overstock comes alway with in just a few days.

I'm happy with my Wii Fit because it did what I hoped it would do which is inspire me to get off the couch. It has a nice balance of cute and fun mixed with a little guilt, which is what I needed to give me the willpower to exercise. Even though some of the way it interacts with you is silly, I find it quite endearing. I am having fun and I find that I run out of time before I run out of exercises that I want to do on it.My only complaint is that I wish you had the option of turning off the feature of how you scored and where your standings are. Sometimes I would prefer to just string a series of exercises in a row and for the short ones, it is kind of annoying to have to go through the extra steps before you start the exercise again. Not sure why they did not add this flexibility. It would also be nice if you could program a string of exercising together as a set routine instead of having to start each one individually. This lack of ability for user customization is why I give it 4 stars and not 5.

The Wii game came with the Wii sport package I also ordered the Wii fit package and they are both so much fun. Wii Fit programs your daily progress. You put in your height and age it weighs you and stores the information so you can see your daily progress. The best part is you can enter a pin number and no-one can see your weight and how you are progressing. We love it! My husband and I do yoga, aerobics and strength training daily. It;s just a super product. I also want to add that as usual we received prompt delivery from Overstock. I have ordered from them for years and have never had a problem with service. I purchased my Wii and WiiFit after playing at my brother's house. I have a great time and don't want to take a break when the Wii recommends it. It has allowed me to get some exercise even though I have had surgery on one of my feet. I got very good at playing tennis, bowling, and golf sitting down. Now that I am back on my feet, it is even better. The WiiFit has made me more aware of my balance--or lack thereof.Overstock made it easy to order and inexpensive to deliver. Shipment was prompt. I have recommended Overstock to several friends and acquaintances.

Easy to set up and fun to use. It took me about ten minutes to set up the game. All the games are fun and my 95 year old grandfather loves to play with this.

The Wii and Wii Fit are great! The prices on Overstock were identical to local stores. I wish they had been discounted a little, since it is Overstock, afterall. However, you don't have to pay tax if you purchase through Overstock, and you therefore save a little cash. :) My only complaint is that the Wii Fit arrived the day before the actual Wii. It's kind of hard to do Wii Fit without the Wii, you know!

GREAT purchase! I'm in my 60's and have NEVER been more motivated to exercise--and, especially, enjoy it! My husband and I have a wonderful time "playing" and competing with the WiiSports and WiiActive.

I use this almost everyday to stay in shape and I've had a great time using it. It's also very good at motivating people to continue working out. Love it !
