Taking Monster Jam monster trucks onto the streets and other urban settings and being rewarded for the scale of the damage and destruction is one of the new key features of Monster Jam: Urban Assault. Feel the crunch of twisting metal underneath as you drive legendary and world famous monster truck favorites like Grave Digger, Maximum Destruction, Monster Mutt, El Toro Loco, Captain`s Curse, and Blue Thunder, or select from newer stars on the Monster Jam tour like Stone Crusher, Backwards Bob and Spitfire Monster Truck. Your goal is to demolish every vehicle you see.
For purists, Monster Jam: Urban Assault still offers stadium racing and stadium freestyle competitions with gameplay much improved over the original game. Mini games have also been added, including ones brand new to the franchise like Monster Jump, Truck Trickster, Skee Ball and Air Strike.

This was my first purchase with Overstock.com. Navigating the site was a breeze. I found exactly what I wanted. My item was in stock and I received it within a couple of days. This game was 50% cheaper here than in most stores. For the game itself, my son loves it! He just turned 5 and this has become one of his favorite games. Grave Digger is his favorite monster truck which made this even a better buy.
My grandson's (6 & 4) love Monster Truck Jam. We bought the game for their Nintendo DS, but couldn't find it for the WII. I'm so happy that it was available on Overstock and the price was great too! HOOAH!

I bought this game for my 3 year old son since he is a big fan of the television show and he hasn't put it down since. He's also got myself and my wife playing it with him!The game features the racing and freestyle events from the show in an arcade type way, along with several mini games. The number of mini games and tracks are staggering. While the graphics aren't the greatest, they add some little things that help bring the game to life, such as the crowd cheering when you do good and booing when you start doing bad. Things like body damage to the truck and mud getting in the wheels also make it a little more fun. I couldn't believe it when my son was driving a truck with only two wheels left on it.The game also features a slew of trucks from the show, including the original Gravedigger monster truck, however there are a few missing. Most notably Batman and Superman, which I believe may have been left out because of copyright, and one of my sons favorites, Brutus, was also missing.All in all, this is a great game for anyone. It's easy to pick up and play, the controls are so easy even a 3 year old can play it, it features up to 4 players simultaneously, and is simply fun.
