This game keeps track of calories burned and has many different types of latin dances. There are a few minigames on there like rowing a boat and dodging bulls. It works with the Wii fit board and also takes your weight to keep track of your progress. I like the dancing aspect of it.

Overall it's a nice workout. Most workout titles I've used will only work one area at a time. But this one gets everything moving at the same time. The Personal Trainor option is nice, it provides a solid workout. The cardio boxing segmets are some of the best I've used. And the dancing is fun and keeps you interested. The one suggestion I would make for this is to not be too concerned with getting all the moves perfect. Ignore the calorie counter and just know you're geting a good workout following along. See below for the reason. Overall I like this workout alot and would definitely recommend to a friend, despite the drawbacks listed below. The only reason I wouldn't rate this 5 stars is because the sensor interface is very clunky and the little person your supposed to follow especially during cardio-boxing is useless. I realize Wii is quickly becoming outdated technology, but especially in the "mini-games" the sensor is sometimes very slow to react. During the faster dances it seems to get confused easily about what your arms are doing so the it doesn't record your moves accurately, which affects the calorie count.
My only problem with this game is that is does not accurately read your pulse using the wii remote. Twice the system told me that according to my heart rate I was just warming up...when in reality I was sweating buckets and dying of thirst.
