My children seemed to learn it easily. A fun, competitive if you want, dance game. We have two dance mats and my children like to compete. Great exercise and fun music.

I think I lose two lbs. everytime I put this on and set the calorie burner to 500 calories. Phew!! This is so much fun and a great way to exercise. If you think you are too old for this game, well, I'm 57!! I wish they had a Motown DDR though.

I had so much fun with this game that I would recommend it. The price was reasonable for overstock.com. I would order more items from this site.
