Pretty hard
I consider myself in pretty good shape and I have somewhat trained in boxing. Thus it was a surprise when I woke up sore the following morning from playing this "game". This is a SERIOUS upgrade from Wii Fit. Your arms the following day will feel sore, but in a good way. You can push yourself as hard as you want to with this "game", thus if you want a better work out, you can do more sessions in one day. Each session builds on the previous one, thus teaching you the fundamentals of boxing.

Subtle sweat
This program pretty much has what I expected: basically, an upper body punching workout PLUS a subtle lower body workout as well. Since you are constantly shifting your weight from one foot to the other as you are punching and ducking, you do engage your glutes, your thighs and your calves. I was surprisingly fatigued after several of the 6 minute segments. I have only done the program three times but I do look forward to the next workout. It really is a fun way to burn calories!

Disappointed
Although I received notification that the item was shipped to me and was given a delivery date, I never received the item. i informed Customer Service, and requested that the item be sent out again, but I was told it was no longer available.

For One player only
The only downfall to this game is that it is a ONE player at a time game. I bought this to use as a fun workout for myself and my family, thinking we could do it together as a group, or to use with a workout partner. But you can only have one profile up at a time (which I understand because it is meant to be personalized). Otherwise, it's great cardio!

Great Training/Workout Video
I purchased this product so that I could workout my arms. I felt they were getting a little flabby. This just doesnt work out your arms. It works out your whole body. While you are punching, you are also moving your legs, squatting to avoid getting punched. This is a great workout excersie. In order to challenge myself I added hands weights to my routine. And when I wake up the next day I am in pain... but in a good way. Yes I do receommend this product.

Love it!!
I love working out with the Wii. I dont care too much for the exercises because the timing seems to be off for the counts and it doesnt seem to recogonize some of my movements. I love the boxing!! It is such a good workout for the entire body!!
