I like the recipes I have tried so far, but the book doesn't give serving sizes, just says it makes xxx servings. As a newly diagnosed diabetic, it would be helpful to me to have the serving sizes listed, portion control is a big issue along with cutting out the wheat and junk. The recipes I have tried so far are good, I have found that I need to use a portion plate to get it right so I don't over eat.
I have been having wheat free meals since about a month now and needed some help with planning meals and know what ingredients to purchase etc. This book is well documented and informative. I would highly recommend this book. It is very helpful.
