If you are looking for a picture with each recipe you won't get in this cookbook. The menus and the tips about making ahead, and freezing, or doubling the recipe are great in the book. It is a thick cookbook, and full of wonderful recipes!

I have her other cookbooks and this is just as good as the others. Great pictures and recipes.

I found the ideas for transporting foods to parties etc.. useful. Only a handful of the receipes were things I would make on a regular basis. I enjoyed her original Dinner Doctor cookbook more than this one. It was put together nicely though! Also the price was worth it given my use.

After struggling with recipes for Thanksgiving. I looked forward to making things for Christmas that were less complicated and time consuming. This cookbook just fits that description perfectly. I love it and have already bought another to give as a gift for a Christmas exchange because two people who will be there want it.

This is a very good cookbook to have on hand if you are always looking for a recipe to take somewhere. It has some different recipes that I haven't tried.
