I don't consider recipes to be "no fuss" when I have never heard of some of the ingredients. The book has a couple of recipes I would use, but most are not as simple as I thought they would be. This book is not for someone that's not a pro in the kitchen.
LOVE, LOVE this cookbook! So many wonderful, delicious recipes! I serve it to my very fussy, non-dieting, family and they LOVE it. Almost everything I've made is a hit and i use the recipes time and time again. Some recipes are more challenging to cook than others but don't let that intimidate you. You can cook wonderful, healthy meals and not feel deprived!
