This cookbook is the ONLY cookbook I have at our winter home! The recipes are healthy and made with ingredients I probably already have on hand. My husband has given me a thumbs up on every recipe from this cookbook that he has been served! I love that it is a loose leaf binder so, should I desire, I can add recipes of my own.
