Disappointed!!
I was hoping for lots of simple and quick recipes...my idea of cooking are dishes with around 5 ingredients. This book is geared toward a real cook, lots of yummy sounding things just not simple enough for my taste...cooking for one needs to be simple. If you are into cooking I know you would love it, nice variety of dishes.
