One of the best all-around grilling recipe books. It doesn't matter if you use charcoal or gas. Many recipes for all kinds of food. Even sauces. Best of all, this book is loaded with photos of the food. I intend to get a lot of food stains on my copy of this book.

This book is awesome! A friend had it, so I had a chance to review it before ordering. It has great recipes plus pictures. I would recommend it to anyone who loves to grill.
