This DVD caused me to lose a full clothing size and to get rid of LOADS of work related stress. It is awesome when you are getting back into a fitness routine or just beginning one. I liked that you could start with one mile until you got comfortable, then later do two, or do all three. Also adding weights to the mix helped rev things up. She's easy to follow and easy to listen to-meaning she's not so perky you want to slap duct tape over her mouth before the video is over!
